Shipping policy
Once your order has been shipped and you have received a shipment confirmation notification from us, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Lost or delayed shipments
- Seizures or inspections by customs authorities
- Failure to provide valid identification when required (particularly within the EU)
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Any other circumstances resulting in non-delivery after dispatch
Support & Resolution
While our ability to intervene in shipping-related issues is limited once the order has been dispatched, we may, at our sole discretion, review cases individually and determine if any resolution can be offered.
We strongly recommend ensuring all shipping details are accurate and that you are available to receive your order when required.
